Computerized wheel balancing for a smoother ride, longer tire life, and less wear on your suspension.
When a wheel and tire assembly is even slightly out of balance, you feel it - vibration in the steering wheel, through the seat, or in the floor at highway speeds. That vibration isn't just uncomfortable, it's a sign of uneven rotating mass working against you. We balance all four wheels using computerized spin-balance equipment that measures exactly where weight needs to be added and applies precision weights to correct it. The result is a smooth, vibration-free ride at any speed.
Out-of-balance tires put constant stress on wheel bearings, tie rod ends, ball joints, and steering components every time you drive. That repetitive impact and vibration accelerates wear on parts that aren't cheap to replace. Keeping your wheels properly balanced is one of the simplest things you can do to extend the life of your suspension and steering system. We recommend checking balance any time you get new tires, rotate your tires, or feel vibration returning - it's a small service that prevents much larger repair bills.
Unbalanced wheels cause uneven and accelerated tire wear - cupping, scalloping, and flat spots that shorten the life of a tire significantly. A set of tires that should last 50,000 miles can wear out far sooner if the wheels aren't balanced correctly. Every time we mount new tires we balance them as part of the install. If your tires are wearing unevenly or you're past due for a rotation, bring your car in and we'll check the balance and get everything running evenly again.
